As Covid closed gyms around the world, people were forced to seek alternative forms of exercise. And thus the unstoppable boom in at-home fitness was born, with many turning to platforms like Fiit, Nike Training Club and Zwift to guide and inspire them through successive lockdowns. Having woken up to the convenience of at-home fitness, even with lockdowns easing, studies suggest a large portion of consumers won’t be going back to the gym any time soon.
